What’s worse is that the people you are here on earth to serve, who belong in your tribe, can’t find you. So your impact is lost. Ellen Wrona was busy operating a successful video photographer business when inspiration struck. Not able to find an online video exercise program for a 50-year-old woman, she decided to create her own company. Her coach (me!) was skeptical, but Allen forged ahead and within her first two weeks of launching her facebook group she had over 3000 followers! Today, she talks about the struggles of starting something new when you are already running a successful company and why following your passion feels good.
